Refund policy

30-Day "Love It or It's Free" Guarantee on Your First Order

We want you and the people you love to be happy with More Years Together. If you're not satisfied with your first order for any reason, email us at help@moreyearstogether.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund it. There's nothing to send back. This applies to your first order whether it's a one-time purchase or the first shipment of a subscription.

How to request a refund

Email help@moreyearstogether.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Subscription renewals

After your first order, subscription renewals are not refundable once they have been charged and shipped. You can skip, pause or cancel future deliveries at any time before your next billing date and you won't be charged again (see our Cancellation Policy).

Damaged or incorrect items

If any order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.

Exceptions

The guarantee applies once per customer, to the first order only. Free gifts (such as e-books) are not refundable separately.
